Tia Gamelin
Occupational Therapist

Practice Founder

Tia is a pediatric occupational therapist with nearly 30 years of experience working with children and families across the United States and Germany. She has practiced in diverse settings- from inpatient and outpatient care to early intervention, private practice, and both DODEA and public school systems. Tia specializes in sensory integration, twice-exceptional learners, autism spectrum condition and ADHD.

Tia's work is rooted in relationship-based practice and a deep respect for each child's unique developmental journey. A sought-after presenter, she has spoken at state, national, and international conferences, including NAEYC's National Conference (2023) and the International Montessori Event (2025, 2026), and has served as a guest lecturer for organizations such as the South Carolina Down Syndrome Association, The Ohio Early Childhood Advisory Council, and The National Institute for Learning Disabilities. A three-time presenter at the Special Olympics South Carolina Leadership Conference, she was honored with the Special Olympics Champion Award for her advocacy for individuals with intellectual disabilities.

Beyond her clinical work as an fieldwork instructor , Tia has mentored students at The American School in Taipei, Taiwan, supporting a robotics program focused on virtual reality technology for physical rehabilitation.

Tia lives in Littleton, Colorado with her husband Jay, their four children, and her therapy-dog-in-training, Scout.

Ambree Rogers
Pediatric Speech and Language Pathologist

Ambree brings 27 years of experience as a speech-language pathologist, having served children and families across early intervention, preschool, and K–12 public education settings. At the heart of her work is one passion: empowering children with communication skills and the confidence to advocate for themselves.

Ambree earned her undergraduate degree from Colorado State University and her master's from the University of Colorado Boulder, and holds advanced training in PROMPT, DTTC, Hanen – It Takes Two to Talk, TalkTools, LETRS, and multisensory reading strategies. She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA, along with licensure from both the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies and the Colorado Department of Education. Her program was honored as the Colorado Public School Speech/Language Program of the Year by the Colorado Speech-Language-Hearing Association.

A Littleton resident for 28 years, Ambree enjoys traveling, hiking, reading, attending concerts, and spending time with her family.
